Who this covers

Darkfox LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the darkfoxdev.com website and the Wyrm's Dice mobile app (together, the “Service”). This policy explains what information the Service collects and how it is used.

Information we collect

Contact form. If you send a message through the contact form, we receive the information you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, farm name, location, and message. It is delivered to our business email and used only to reply to you and, if we work together, to provide our services. We do not sell it or share it with third parties for marketing.

Website analytics. This website uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

Server logs. Our hosting provider may keep standard request logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.

Wyrm's Dice. The app does not collect personal information itself. It shows ads through Google AdMob, which may collect device identifiers and usage information and may track you across apps and websites. See Google's privacy policy for details. You can limit cross-app tracking in your device settings.

Legal requirements

We may disclose personal information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to:

Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
